Linksys router WRT160NL can be reprogrammed to use OpenWRT (that is a kind of Linux), to connect a hub, flash stick, webcam, sound card, one wire interface and arduino for relay control, one-wire temperature sensors. The router still preserves its function as a rooter. Power consumption is 5W with webcam. WRT160NL costs ca 60 EUR+ 30 EUR webcam.
