Before it died, I had a D-link router. It had the option to block specific incoming IP addresses up to eight. This router I purchased, the WRT54G does not have that option. My question is, does Linksys offer a router with that capability? I'm thinking I read about one but I cannot find it.

I tried resetting the router to its factory settings, but the problem reappeared--the two Macbooks (each with its own MAC address and static IP address) appears under one device as do the two Google Home Mini's. I just got off of the phone with Linksys about this and they couldn't help. I can't believe that this is still a problem 3 years later!
